Why would my customers switch from DoorDash to ordering direct?

Because it is cheaper for them. Restaurants usually raise menu prices on delivery apps to cover the commission, so regulars pay more than the actual menu price without realizing it. Ordering direct lets them pay the real menu price. A note on the receipt, a table tent, a link in your social bio, or a small first-order discount is usually enough to move regulars over.

Who handles delivery problems with direct online ordering?

Delivery is fulfilled by the DoorDash driver network, so driver issues are handled through that delivery network the same way they are on the app side. Warehouse 13 Media manages the ordering system, menu, and customer communications, so there is a single point of contact for the restaurant.

What does commission-free online ordering cost per order?

99 cents flat per order, with no percentage commission regardless of ticket size. Delivery is billed separately at $7 flat within a 5-mile radius and $1 per mile beyond that. Setup is $499 one-time and management is $249 per month.

Does restaurant online ordering work with Clover and Toast?

Yes. The system integrates with Clover, Toast, and other major POS and online ordering platforms. POS platform fees from Clover, Toast, or Lightspeed are separate and paid to those providers.

Who owns the customer list with direct online ordering?

The restaurant does. When a customer orders through a third-party delivery app, that customer belongs to the app and the restaurant cannot email or text them. Direct orders build a customer list the restaurant owns and can market to.

Is there a long-term contract for restaurant online ordering?

No long-term contract on the monthly plan. It can be cancelled with 30 days notice. The $499 is a one-time flat price.

What is the Website Essentials Plan (WEP)?

The WEP is an optional $99/mo add-on available to Thrive and above clients. It includes local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, 2 daily social media posts across 2 platforms, and basic ad management.

Do you offer ongoing marketing services?

Yes. Beyond your website, we offer standalone Social Media Management, SEO / AI (AEO) plans, and Creator Content plans. Basic local SEO, Google Business Profile, and social posting are also available in the Website Essentials Plan (WEP) at $99/mo.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your website package or add-on plans at any time. Just contact us and we'll walk you through your options.

How is the Restaurant Plan different from a regular website?

Who hosts my website?

We handle all hosting as part of your Website Care Plan. You don't need to set up or manage any hosting - we take care of everything.

Will I own my website?

Yes. Once your website is built and your one-time flat price is paid, you own your website and its content. We retain the right to showcase it in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

What happens if I cancel my care plan?

If you cancel your monthly care plan, your website will remain live for 30 days. After that, hosting and SSL coverage will end. We'll provide you with a full backup of your site files upon request.

Can you update my existing website?
